According to Офіс реформ: On December 11, the European Council supported Ukraine by disbursing 2.3 billion euros for successfully implemented reforms in the third quarter of 2025 under the #UkraineFacility program. The country met 8 out of 10 indicators outlined in the plan, which is an important step towards aligning with European standards.
The third quarter was crucial for several key areas of reform in the country:
- Improving the management of public investments
- Strengthening climate policy
- Continuing work on the circular economy
- Harmonizing legislation with European standards
- Reducing state influence in the banking sector
- Improving conditions for attracting strategic investors
- Enhancing transparency and professionalism of the judiciary
The government of Ukraine emphasized the country's achievements in implementing reforms in the third quarter, which will contribute to further development and alignment with European standards.
