Zelensky defined priorities for diplomacy: long-range drones and weapons production

Diplomatic Service Workers' Day celebrated at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine

According to МЗС: Yesterday, December 22, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine named after Hennadiy Udovenko celebrated Diplomatic Service Workers' Day. The festive event was attended by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, and other high-ranking guests.

During the event, President Zelensky expressed gratitude to diplomats for their achievements this year for Ukraine and emphasized the importance of cooperation with partners in strengthening the country's defense capabilities. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada considered the role of parliamentary diplomacy, while the Prime Minister focused on supporting the economy and the energy resilience of Ukraine.

During the celebration, a commemorative coin from the National Bank of Ukraine dedicated to Diplomatic Service Day was also presented. The Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha emphasized the importance of Euro-Atlantic integration and the consular protection of Ukrainian citizens.

Foreign guests also expressed support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression and wished Ukrainian diplomats success in their further work.

The solemn celebration of Diplomatic Service Workers' Day at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine highlighted the importance of the role of diplomacy in Ukrainian society and its positive impact on the country's foreign policy course. High-ranking officials of Ukrainian power and foreign guests attended the event, indicating the importance of cooperation and support from the international community.
