Nearly 10,000 Drones Deployed and 241 Combat Clashes in One Day: Ukraine’s General Staff Report

According to Главком: Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces recorded 241 combat engagements. The enemy continues its aggressive operations, launching missile and airstrikes while deploying kamikaze drones. In response, Ukraine’s defense forces struck key enemy targets, including a command post, another critical facility, and an artillery system. This marks the 1,541st day of the full-scale war.
During this period, the adversary carried out one missile strike and 91 airstrikes, dropping 302 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, 9,828 kamikaze drones were used, along with 3,418 shelling attacks-120 of which came from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Airstrikes targeted areas near the settlements of Bachivsk, Vilna Sloboda (Sumy region), and Mykolaivka (Chernihiv region).
Frontline Situation
On the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk fronts, four combat clashes occurred. The enemy conducted three airstrikes, using eight guided bombs, and carried out 111 shelling attacks-eight of which were from MLRS. On the South-Slobozhanskyi front, opposing forces assaulted Ukrainian positions 22 times. In the Lyman direction, six attempts to advance were repelled, while one such attempt was stopped in the Sloviansk area.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian troops repelled 36 assault actions, while 32 attacks by occupiers were recorded in the Huliaipole direction. In the Dnipro region, two enemy offensives were halted. The situation remains tense, with defense forces continuing to fulfill their mission of protecting Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
Given the escalation in hostilities and the high volume of shelling, the frontline situation remains difficult. Amid persistent enemy assaults, Ukraine’s defense forces are demonstrating resilience and the ability to strike back, underscoring their readiness for a prolonged defense. The ongoing combat highlights that the conflict not only persists but demands sustained attention from the international community.
