The accomplice of the people's deputy detained for a bribe of $250 thousand: details of the NABU case

According to НАБУ: On December 7, 2025, the investigating judge of the VAKS decided to apply a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail of UAH 4 million 542 thousand for one of the participants in the group of individuals who, together with the people's deputy, were exposed for inciting the provision of illegal benefits due to the application of sanctions by the NSDC against a competing company.

According to this decision, the suspect will have to comply with certain conditions:

• to appear at the request of detectives, prosecutors, judges;
• not to leave the territory of Ternopil without permission;
• to notify about the change of place of residence and work;
• to avoid communication with certain individuals;
• to surrender passports and other documents for traveling abroad;
• to wear an electronic bracelet for monitoring.
