According to НОК: In our country, there are many talented athletes who have glorified Ukraine at the Olympic Games. Among them are fencer Olga Kharlan, cyclist Inna Osypenko-Radomska, rower Yana Klochkova, and winter sports athletes such as freestyle skier Oleksandr Abramenko and biathlete Vita Semerenko. They raised the blue and yellow flag on the highest sports podiums, giving us incredible victories and moments of joy.
These names have become legendary, and their achievements are an example for future athletes who dream of conquering the Olympic summits.
