According to Міністерство інфраструктури: Ukraine and Israel are not just exchanging experiences; they have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on community recovery. Artem Rybchenko negotiated on behalf of Ukraine, and Zeev Elkin represented Israel. Our communities want to rebuild with the needs of the people in mind, and Israel has already proven it can ensure stability in difficult conditions.

This is not just plans – the Ukrainian delegation visited Israel, where they observed examples of effective community recovery. The result of the visit to this country inspires both partners to cooperate, modernize, and exchange technologies.
