Strike on Novorossiysk: what long-range missiles Ukraine has for attacks
According to glavcom.ua: Last week, Ukrainian defense forces successfully attacked the Russian port of Novorossiysk, significantly depriving Russia of part of its export capabilities in the oil sector. According to The Independent, this strike became one of the most large-scale against Russia's oil infrastructure in recent months, leading to a temporary halt in oil shipments at Novorossiysk, through which 2.2 million barrels per day flow, accounting for 2% of global production. This resulted in a rise in global oil prices of more than 2%.
This year, Ukrainian strikes using drones and unmanned aerial vehicles have targeted Russian oil facilities in the Baltic and Black Sea ports, pipelines, and oil refineries. This indicates a strategic diversification of Ukraine's arsenal and its successful use in the conditions of hybrid warfare.
