Ukrainian employers approach 2026 with cautious expectations regarding salaries. Most companies currently do not have clear plans for salary reviews, but nearly one-third of businesses are already planning increases for employees. This is evidenced by the results of a labor market survey. Finance.ua reports.
Employers' plans for salaries in 2026
According to a survey conducted by the Work.ua platform, 61% of employers were unable to clearly answer whether they would review salaries in 2026. At the same time, 29% of companies already have a strategy for increasing employee incomes.
The distribution of responses is as follows:

18% of employers plan to increase salaries by 5–10%;

9% plan for increases of 10–20%;

2% are considering increases of more than 20%;

10% will keep salaries at the 2025 level;
-
less than 1% allow for salary reductions.
