The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is preparing to implement voice artificial intelligence in government services in partnership with ElevenLabs. First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov noted that communication with the government should be as simple as chatting in a messenger, which is why the integration of voice artificial intelligence into services like Diia and others is planned.
'ElevenLabs technologies will allow citizens to receive services and consultations simply by using voice commands in chat. This will significantly simplify communication with government structures,' explained Mykhailo Fedorov.
ElevenLabs will contribute to the development of voice technologies that will not only convey words but also emotions and intonations, giving the voice a natural look. It is also important to support many languages for international use. The joint work of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and ElevenLabs has already yielded results in the form of the voice replication technology of Mykhailo Fedorov for a digital analogue. Innovative voice solutions will soon be available in the 'Diia', 'Diia.Education' and 'Mriya' applications.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation intends to integrate voice artificial intelligence into government services together with ElevenLabs. This step aims to facilitate communication between citizens and government structures, allowing them to receive services and consultations simply using voice commands in chat.
