The Cabinet approved a resolution on changes to the rules for the operation of the integrated automated system of state supervision and control. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.
According to the new regulation, a risk management module will be implemented in the system, which will automatically determine which enterprises should be included in the inspection plan in 85 different areas, including labor protection, the environment, and technical standards. This new module will allow for transparent, automatic inspection plans to be formed without human influence.
The innovations involve the automatic determination of the risk level for an enterprise based on certain criteria, forming a list of subjects for inspections based on their rating, concentrating supervisory authorities on high-risk enterprises, and automatically generating annual and comprehensive inspection plans through the system to achieve transparency and open access for businesses and the public.

This will allow for the automatic identification of companies that require inspections in the areas of labor protection, the environment, and technical standards. Such changes will contribute to a more transparent and effective monitoring of enterprise activities to ensure safety and compliance with legal requirements.
