The company «Nova Poshta» is preparing for a change in management. Starting January 1, 2026, the position of CEO will be taken by the current Chief Operating Officer Yevhen Tafiichuk, who began his journey in the company as a loader. This was reported by Nova Poshta.
Who is the current CEO of Nova Poshta
Until the end of 2025, the current head Oleksandr Bulba will continue to perform the duties of CEO. During the transitional period, Bulba and Tafiichuk will work in the format of selected & acting CEO to ensure a smooth transfer of management.
According to the co-owner of the company Vyacheslav Klymov, the selection process was open:
«We reviewed over 20 candidates, including managers from international companies. In the final round, there were three candidates — two external and one internal. We are proud that the chosen leader has grown with the company. Yevhen knows all the processes down to the smallest details and has an ambitious vision for the future», — noted Klymov.
Who is Yevhen Tafiichuk
Yevhen Tafiichuk has been working at «Nova Poshta» for over ten years. He started in 2012 as a loader and just a year later led his first team. His career progressed rapidly — from manager to Chief Operating Officer responsible for operational activities not only in Ukraine but also in international offices.
Under his leadership, the company underwent a large-scale transformation:

the network of branches has doubled;

the speed of delivery has significantly increased;

customer service standards have improved.
Tafiichuk himself stated that he plans to continue the development of the company based on the principles of FAST, EASY, SAFE.
«My priorities will be uncompromising service quality and the growth of the company both in Ukraine and beyond. How we treat our customers in the details defines the level of our service», — emphasized the newly elected leader.
Earlier, we reported that «Nova Poshta» delights its customers with a new loyalty program that allows earning bonuses for package delivery. Now users of the mobile app can receive "boxes" for each postal operation. These bonuses can be exchanged for discounts at partner companies of the delivery service.
