Oschadbank joins the eOselya program
Oschadbank has joined the list of banks that provide state assistance through the eOselya program. This initiative allows Ukrainians to receive financial support when purchasing housing.
The program is available to citizens with active combatant status or registered on the front lines. This rule applies even if the main applicant for the eOselya program belongs to another target category.
The state reimburses up to 70% of the amount of the first payment, which does not exceed 30% of the housing cost. The total value of real estate must not exceed 2 million hryvnias. In the first year, the owner receives compensation of 70% of the monthly payment, but the total amount of payments is limited to 150 thousand hryvnias per year. Additionally, the state reimburses up to 40 thousand hryvnias for bank fees, insurance, and other expenses.
The application must be submitted through the Diya application. If you decide to take advantage of this new option from Oschadbank, indicate this bank and together with the necessary documents submit an application for state compensation. The bank forwards the documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and after a positive decision, issues a mortgage loan.
The implementation of the compensation program is assigned to the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.
Oschadbank's participation in the eOselya program gives Ukrainians the opportunity to receive significant financial support when purchasing housing, including reimbursement of the down payment and monthly payments, as well as coverage of additional expenses. The program aims to improve the living conditions of citizens, especially those who are in difficult situations due to combat actions or live on the front lines.
