Pensioners were informed about the list of documents for video identification: what to have with you

Пенсіонерам роз’яснили, які документи необхідні для відеоідентифікації: що слід мати під рукою.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded pensioners about the video identification procedure. This allows confirming the identity of the recipient of pension payments via video communication.

During the video conference, the pensioner must have a passport or ID card with them, show and read the details of the document, as well as provide the registration number of the taxpayer's account card.

If a pensioner exists without an RNOCPP due to religious beliefs, they may be asked additional questions about their pension certificate and employment. If a representative is involved in the procedure, they must have the necessary documents confirming their authority. This may include various guardians, caretakers, or foster parents.

Additionally, if the pension is paid to a child, the representative must have the child's birth certificate. In the case where 'physical support' is needed during the procedure, the assistant must also have documents confirming their identity.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded about carrying out the video identification procedure for pensioners. During the video conference session, it is necessary to have documents that confirm the identity and authority, if a representative is involved in the procedure.
