The Pension Fund of Ukraine has established the rules for recalculating pensions for working pensioners. The main requirement is to have at least 24 months of insurance experience after the pension has been appointed. The recalculation takes into account the salary from which the pension was calculated.
If a pensioner is working but has not accumulated 24 months of experience, the recalculation will only take place two years after the previous recalculation or the appointment of the pension. Every year on April 1, the Pension Fund automatically recalculates pensions for those pensioners who have acquired the necessary experience.
Do not forget to promptly inform the Pension Fund about employment or dismissal. This will allow you to receive all rights and benefits provided for pensioners who are not working.
“Pensioners must necessarily inform about their employment or dismissal from work”
Thus, the pension recalculation due to the increase in the minimum living wage occurs only after dismissal from work.
