Expert Reveals Vulnerability of Shaheds: How EW Suppresses Drone Navigation

Експерт пояснює, як електронна боротьба впливає на навігацію дронів-камікадзе.

An expert in communication and electronic warfare, Serhiy 'Flash', explained how the navigation systems of Russian strike drones work and how their operations can be suppressed. He stated that drones use satellite navigation for target guidance, so without this data, they cannot strike.

The expert also pointed out that special antennas that differentiate satellite signals from electronic warfare signals are used to halt satellite systems. Moreover, all drones are equipped with inertial systems that allow them to continue flying even without a satellite signal.

Two Possible Ways to Suppress Navigation

Serhiy 'Flash' highlighted two main methods for stopping satellite navigation on enemy drones. The first option is to create an electronic warfare network across the entire populated area for ongoing suppression of the drones. The second option involves using powerful signals to conquer the navigation of drones.

The expert noted that the first approach is more strategic and suitable for defending large areas, while the second is appropriate for protecting critically important infrastructure objects.

The presented expert analysis of the operation of the navigation systems of Russian strike drones explains how to stop their action, considering various strategies and possible actions. A comprehensive approach to the problem of drone navigation may be crucial for ensuring security and protection against these devices.
