Due to a technical failure in the customs database, the processing of citizens and vehicles at the state border of Ukraine has been temporarily suspended.
According to official information from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, border crossing operations for both entry and exit from Ukraine are currently not being conducted.
Specialists are already working on restoring the system's operations. The State Customs Service is asking citizens to consider this situation when planning their travels and to follow updates on official announcements.
It is expected that movement through the crossing points will be restored immediately after the technical issues are resolved.
