Ukrainian pensioners need to have an income certificate to receive housing subsidies for the upcoming heating season of 2025-2026. This document may also be required when obtaining a pension certificate, applying for social benefits or services that require income verification, as well as to confirm financial capability or to transfer a pension when traveling abroad.
To obtain this certificate, there are three possible ways:
- use the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- download the relevant app on your mobile phone from the Pension Fund;
- personally visit the service center of this institution.
If you choose the first method, you need to authenticate using a qualified electronic signature (QES) and follow all the necessary steps outlined on the web portal.
Contacting via the service center or using the mobile app may be more convenient for a larger number of pensioners. The main thing is not to forget about the importance of this document for receiving subsidies and other social benefits, as well as for obtaining a pension certificate and other services!
