On Monday, November 17, forecaster Natalka Didenko predicts a short-term warming in Ukraine. The air temperature will rise to +10...+15 degrees, and in the south of the country it may even reach +17 degrees. However, a strong southwest wind with gusts of 15-20 m/s will bring stormy conditions. Natalka advises: 'Wrap up, because the wind is very strong.'
On the same day, rains are only expected in the west of Ukraine; no precipitation is forecasted for the rest of the territory.
It's windy in Kyiv, but up to +12 degrees
In the capital, it will also be windy, with gusts of the southern wind reaching stormy values. The air temperature will rise to +12 degrees, and no precipitation is expected. Natalka advises to warm up and wear a scarf: 'Warm up, but scarves around the neck are a must.'
The weather will change quickly: cooling and precipitation
Warmth will not last long - on November 19, a cyclone will come to Ukraine from the southwest, bringing cooling and increased precipitation. In some regions, wet snow may fall due to humidity. Natalka warned that the weather will be active on November 19: 'this is the day when the atmosphere will show its true strength.'
It should also be noted that frost up to -12 degrees is forecast for New Year.
According to forecasters, gradual cooling is expected in Ukraine in the coming days, with an increase in the amount of precipitation. So do not forget about warm clothes and an umbrella!
