This weekend, Ukrainians can expect a reduction in power outages due to favorable weather and decreased consumption. This was stated by the head of 'Ukrenergo' Vitaliy Zaychenko in a program on the channel 'We-Ukraine'.
According to the expert, improvements in the energy system will be facilitated by sunny weather and reduced load on the grid during the weekend. However, the threat of Russian attacks on the country's energy facilities remains alarming, complicating forecasts for the future.
'It is expected that the decrease in electricity consumption under positive weather conditions will allow for a reduction in outage times over the weekend,' he emphasized.
Company employees urge residents of the country to continue using electricity sparingly due to the difficult situation in the energy system caused by attacks from Russia. It should be noted that the Ministry of Energy has already introduced four schedules for power outages.
Ukrainians should be prepared for possible interruptions in electricity supply, but hope for relief due to factors that will contribute to the stabilization of the situation in the energy sector.
