Enemy Combat Losses

Between February 24, 2022, and May 21, 2026, the enemy’s total combat losses are estimated at approximately 1,352,980 personnel—an increase of 910 from the previous report. Equipment losses also show notable changes. Specifically, the enemy has lost 11,943 tanks, with no daily change, while armored fighting vehicles rose by 5 units to 24,591.

Equipment Losses

Additionally, artillery systems sustained losses of 42,454 units during this period, up by 54 compared to the last report. Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) stand at 1,797 units (+2), and air defense systems at 1,389 units (+1). Aircraft numbers remain unchanged at 436 planes and 353 helicopters.

  • Ground robotic complexes: 1,436 (+4)
  • Operational-tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs): 302,787 (+1,715)
  • Cruise missiles: 4,632 units
  • Ships and boats: 33
  • Submarines: 2
  • Automotive equipment and fuel tankers: 98,070 (+202)
  • Special equipment: 4,207 (+1)

These loss figures indicate ongoing intense combat operations and their impact on both personnel and military hardware. The rise in UAV and ground robotic complex losses may reflect a tactical shift toward greater reliance on advanced technologies in the conflict. It is also important to note that these attrition rates could degrade the enemy’s operational capabilities in the short to medium term, potentially affecting the overall course of hostilities. For context, this data is part of regular updates provided by Ukrainian military authorities tracking enemy losses since the start of the full-scale invasion.
