In Ukraine, interest among candidates has increased for several job vacancies with salaries up to 55,000 UAH. Against the backdrop of a shortage of qualified workers, the number of responses for packers has grown fivefold over the year. This is reported by Novyny.LIVE referring to OLX Work.
Analysts compared the activity of job seekers with last year's data. The increase in the number of responses indicates candidates' interest, but does not necessarily mean an increase in the number of vacancies or employed people.

Which professions have seen increased interest from candidates
Outside of manual labor specialties, there has been a noticeable increase in responses to real estate agent vacancies. Over the year, the number of responses grew by 65%. Attention has also increased for the following positions:

movers: 42% more;

sales managers: 38% more;
-

-
merchandisers: 28% more;

According to analysts, vacancies with flexible conditions and the possibility to work remotely tend to have higher competition. However, the increase in responses to certain positions may coincide with a shortage of specialists in other fields.
The listed salaries characterize the offers in the study, not guaranteed payments to each employee. When choosing a vacancy, it is important to consider experience, schedule, and employer requirements: the labor market situation remains uneven across professions and regions.
