President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, during which priority attention was given to the restoration of infrastructure following new Russian strikes and transparency in the work of state companies. According to the head of state, repair teams are working around the clock in all regions, and additional equipment is being registered for rapid response. Zelensky emphasized that active cooperation with international partners continues in this direction.
Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko informed the president about the implementation of support programs for frontline and border communities. She emphasized that funding for these programs is secured and about the launch of a new government initiative for winter support for citizens.
The meeting also focused on the auditing processes in state companies. Zelensky stressed the need for operational checks and the transfer of results to law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies. In addition, instructions were given to promptly inform international partners about audit results and decisions made to ensure full transparency and the absence of corruption schemes in state companies.
At the end of the meeting, personnel changes in the government were discussed. The Prime Minister plans to propose candidates for new ministers of energy and justice.
As a result of the meeting, the president and the prime minister discussed important aspects of infrastructure restoration, support for frontline communities, as well as the introduction of transparency in the work of state companies. In addition, future personnel changes in the government were discussed, indicating ongoing improvement and renewal in Ukraine's political government.
