In Western Ukraine, housing prices have risen significantly over the last six months, shocking nearly all regional centers. Especially substantial increases were seen in the prices of one-bedroom apartments in Rivne and Ternopil - by 9% and 13% respectively. However, in Lviv and Uzhhorod, the cost of such housing has slightly decreased - by 1% and 8%. These figures were reported by experts from the LUN service.

Lviv remains the most expensive city in the western part of the country, surpassed only by Kyiv. Here, the average price for a one-bedroom apartment in the secondary market is 64,500 dollars, a two-bedroom - 93,700 dollars, and a three-bedroom - 119,000 dollars. For new buildings, you will have to pay an average of 1,390 dollars per square meter.

Uzhhorod holds second place among the western regions and third nationwide. One-bedroom apartments here have decreased in price to 59,200 dollars, while the price for two-bedroom apartments has risen by 7% to 95,000 dollars. In new buildings, the price per square meter has decreased by 1%.

Chervoniz keeps the third place in terms of prices, where a stable increase is noted. The cost of one-bedroom housing has risen to 55,000 dollars, two-bedroom - nearly 77,000 dollars, and three-bedroom has exceeded 99,000 dollars. Prices for new buildings here consistently remain at 1,000 dollars per square meter.

Rivne has still become significantly more expensive: the price for one-bedroom apartments has risen to 52,000 dollars, and similarly, the price per square meter in the primary market has increased by 8% - to 1,000 dollars.

Ternopil turned out to be the absolute leader in price growth: here, housing prices have risen at all levels, notably the price for one-bedroom apartments has increased by a record 13% - to 41,300 dollars.

In Lutsk, prices are generally stable, only prices for two-bedroom apartments have risen. In Ivano-Frankivsk, the growth was moderate - from 1% to 7%. While Khmelnytskyi remains the cheapest city, housing prices have risen here as well: the price per square meter in new buildings has increased to 750 dollars.

Analysts note that despite local fluctuations, the overall trend in Western Ukraine indicates a constant increase in real estate prices, especially in cities with high demand for housing.

Ukrainians have also been introduced to new heating tariffs, where the highest payments will be required.
