Ukraine launches new digital services in Diya: what will change for citizens

Meeting of the President and the Minister of Digital Transformation


The Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov spoke about the meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky, where they discussed the next steps in the digital modernization of the state and the implementation of strategic projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.



The main focus is on expanding digital public services, including the popular Diya platform, which has already been used by over 23 million users. It is also planned to expand digital services to facilitate citizens' interaction with the state.



Optimization of Administrative Service Centers


The Ministry continues to optimize Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) to ensure the availability of public services for citizens regardless of circumstances. The centers must remain reliable points of contact for citizens with the state.



Innovative projects and telecommunications development


Recently, an innovative electronic portal of the State Statistics Service was launched, which helps citizens obtain statistical data quickly and conveniently. Work is also actively underway on anti-corruption projects and improving telecommunications to enhance the quality of communication and the Internet.



Achievements of the digital economy and educational projects


Thanks to the Diya.City regime, the digital economy is constantly developing, and residents have paid a significant amount of taxes - about 55 billion hryvnias since its launch. At the same time, the educational ecosystem 'Mriya' is actively growing, which has already attracted over 2,500 schools and is implementing elements of artificial intelligence.



Thanks to President Volodymyr Zelensky for the vision and support of the development of a digital state.


It is also worth noting that a project for the National Cyber Hygiene Strategy in Ukraine has been developed.



In conclusion: Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed on the next steps in the digital modernization of the state, particularly regarding the expansion of digital public services, optimization of ASCs, and development of innovative projects in the field of telecommunications and education.
