According to Главком: The number of people wounded in Russia's attack on Dnipro has climbed to 13, with three additional men now seeking medical care. Six victims remain hospitalized, two of whom are children. The overnight assault, which took place on the night of April 23, claimed three lives. Russian forces carried out the strike using drone aircraft.
The attack destroyed apartments from the sixth to the ninth floors in one stairwell of a residential high-rise. Water, gas, and electricity have been cut off in the building. Across the city, damage was recorded at four locations, affecting at least 13 buildings. More than 500 windows were shattered. The exhibition center of the Ukrainian Artists' Union and a musical instrument store were also damaged.
