According to glavcom.ua: Every day, Ukrainians honor the memory of those who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we will remember Mykola Tarasiuk.

Mykola Tarasiuk was born on December 23, 1988, in the village of Symoniv, in the Hoshcha township of Rivne region. He became a defender of Ukraine and died on October 18, 2025, defending the territorial integrity of the country.

After studying at a lyceum and a vocational college, Mykola worked as a repair technician, where he demonstrated responsibility and diligence. In 2024, he joined the ranks of the 33rd and 156th separate mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to protect the country from Russian invaders.

Mykola Tarasiuk was awarded the 'Veteran of War' medal, but unfortunately, he died in service. He was buried at Lychakiv Cemetery. He left behind a daughter, a wife, a mother, relatives, and friends.

Together with all Ukrainians, we honor the memory of those who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine in the struggle against Russian invaders.
