Ukraine and NVIDIA are creating a sovereign AI: what it means for the state

According to Федоров: Ukraine is launching a new initiative together with NVIDIA to build a sovereign AI. Support for creating national infrastructure, developing talents in this field, joint research projects, and supporting startups are the main directions of this cooperation. The first joint project will be the creation of a sovereign language model that will know the Ukrainian language and legislation.
