According to glavcom.ua: Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal plan to introduce a bill to the Senate that would recognize Russia and Belarus as state sponsors of terrorism due to the abduction of Ukrainian children. This information was confirmed by a source familiar with the bill.

«Senators Lindsey Graham, a Republican, and Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat from Connecticut, are considering introducing a bill to the Senate that, if passed, could recognize Russia and Belarus as state sponsors of terrorism due to the abduction of Ukrainian children», - reported NBC News journalist Kristen Walker.

Earlier, Melania Trump appealed to Vladimir Putin to protect Ukrainian children who were abducted from occupied territories. Her letter was delivered during a meeting in Alaska, where Donald Trump held a meeting with Putin.
