Latest Fuel Price Adjustments in Ukraine

According to Главком: As of March 30, 2026, fuel prices have been adjusted at Ukrainian filling stations. The average cost for a liter of A-95 gasoline is approximately 72.43 UAH, while the average price for diesel fuel has reached 85.76 UAH per liter. In certain retail chains, autogas (LPG) has increased by 1-2 UAH per liter, whereas A-92 gasoline at one station has become cheaper by 2 UAH. Diesel and premium-class diesel fuel have risen by 1 UAH in some networks.

Fuel Market Conditions

The most expensive diesel is offered by the Okko, WOG, and Socar networks, while the cheapest fuel is available from Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta. In response to the price changes, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine will conduct an inspection of the fuel market situation.

"Prices for light oil products are not subject to state regulation; the Ukrainian market for light oil products is entirely dependent on the import of petroleum products," the committee noted.

The country's authorities are also taking measures to curb price increases.

"The authorities will try to restrain the rise in gasoline prices," emphasized President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

To support citizens, they will be able to receive a cashback from the state when purchasing fuel at filling stations, as stated by Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. These price shifts occur against a backdrop of global oil market trends, which directly impact Ukraine's import-dependent economy.

Fuel costs constitute roughly 10-15% of the production cost structure for agricultural products. Experts warn that if fuel prices rise further, the cost of goods from the agricultural sector may increase by no more than 1-2%. Thus, while the fuel market situation remains under control, it requires careful monitoring by state bodies. The government's response, including market inspections and the cashback system, aims to maintain social stability and support the population amid rising costs, which is crucial for the fuel-dependent agricultural sector and consumer welfare.
