The 'Come Back Alive' foundation has been named the implementing partner responsible for carrying out the planned measures. The announcement coincided with a visit to Ukraine by Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen, which took place around the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion, highlighting the critical timing of sustained international support.
