2.6 billion UAH of seized funds from the casino Pin-Up transferred to the state

According to glavcom.ua: The seized assets of the online casino 'Pin-Up' amounting to over 2.6 billion UAH have been transferred to state ownership. This information was disclosed by the Office of the President of Ukraine, referencing the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The casino director was sentenced to 5 years in prison, and a special confiscation of the company's funds was carried out.
«Today, in line with the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv regarding the special confiscation to LLC 'Ukr Game Technology', which has come into legal force, ARMA and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine transferred 2.6 billion UAH to the state budget of Ukraine as part of the special confiscation,» it is stated in the official message.
The 'Pin-Up' case has become an important step in the fight against illegal gambling in Ukraine. Despite the difficulties associated with this type of activity, the authorities continue to actively monitor and stop illegal practices in the field of gambling.
