Russians are storming the bottom of the Kakhovka Sea: how the Armed Forces of Ukraine are stopping the breakthrough

According to glavcom.ua: Russian soldiers, trying to advance in Zaporizhia, are using a reservoir that they destroyed in 2023. The water body is now overgrown with dense vegetation, but the Ukrainian forces are successfully repelling enemy attacks.

The enemy is trying to bypass our positions in the settlements of Plavni, Prymorske, and to flank us from the west. However, we calculate and destroy them.

The struggle for settlements in the eastern Zaporizhia region

The settlements of Uspenivka and Novomykolaivka remain under the control of Ukrainian forces, although they are in a 'gray zone'. Ukrainian units inflict defeats on enemy attempts to establish themselves there, keeping the situation under control.

The enemy is trying to establish its reinforcement groups, to enter there with assault units, but it is failing because we also destroy them. We do not let the enemy in there.

The Ukrainian forces are actively defending and inflicting significant losses on the enemy, preventing them from gaining an advantage in this direction.
