According to glavcom.ua: There is a serious threat to water supply in the Dnipropetrovsk region due to the large debt of one of the enterprises. According to the chairman of the regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, the State Intermunicipal Enterprise has a debt of more than 700 million UAH due to tariff differences. Despite appeals to the relevant authorities, no assistance has been provided so far.

'We have already sought help from the Ministry of Finance requesting financial support to settle the debt. However, we only received a formal response,' Lukashuk explained.

According to Lukashuk, the enterprise is practically in a state of bankruptcy, complicating payments to electricity suppliers. Authorities urged immediate intervention to find a solution to resolve the situation to avoid water shutoffs in the region.

'The debt poses a threat to the water supply. I urge high-ranking officials to allocate funds to settle the debts. Delaying a solution to the problem is extremely dangerous for our citizens and defenders,' he emphasized.

Moreover, there are also issues with water supply in the Donetsk region due to repairs and the crisis situation in temporarily occupied territories, which endangers the health of residents.
