Ex-hockey player of the Finnish national team arrested for drug crime: details of the case

Former Finnish national hockey team player, Jere Karalahti, has been arrested on suspicion of a drug-related crime. The crime took place in Helsinki from June to September this year, and charges are expected to be brought by mid-January. The player's lawyer claims he is innocent. Karalahti, who is 50 years old, has been a three-time bronze medalist at the World Hockey Championships and played in the NHL for the Los Angeles Kings and Nashville Predators.Russian freestyler, Anastasia Tatalina, is asking the International Ski and Snowboard Federation to allow her to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games. Tatalina is a member of the Russian military club CSKA and has expressed support for the Russian military, scolding the slogan 'we do not abandon our own'.
