Emergency Power Outages in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk Regions: Causes and Scale
According to glavcom.ua: Emergency electricity outages have been introduced in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to DTEK.
«Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk: emergency outages. By the order of «Ukrenergo» emergency outages have been applied in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions,» - the message states.
On the night of Sunday, October 12, the enemy carried out another attack on the country's energy and gas transportation infrastructure, causing damage in three regions. As a result of enemy shelling, energy facilities in Donetsk, Odesa, and Chernihiv regions suffered damage.
Also, on the night of October 10, the Russian Federation again carried out a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities.
Furthermore, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has addressed retail chains selling electronics and household appliances, warning them to refrain from unreasonable price increases on uninterruptible power supply devices.
Emergency electricity was switched off in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions. This occurred after attacks on energy facilities in three regions of Ukraine. A warning was also issued regarding price increases for uninterruptible power supply devices.
