According to Мін. Оборони: Due to the update, the electronic document in the Reserve+ mobile application now contains a photo of the owner. This significantly simplifies the document verification process for both citizens and security services. Just update the application and open the document to see the owner's photo. We remind you that the photo will only be displayed for users with a biometric passport. However, due to the high load on the system, it may take up to 2 days for the photo to be uploaded.
