Russian General Abachev seriously injured during Ukrainian military strike: he has had his arm and leg amputated
According to glavcom.ua: On the night of August 16-17, Ukrainian forces attacked an enemy column on the Rylys'k – Khotmivka highway in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Lieutenant General Esedulla Abachev, deputy commander of the 'Sever' military group of the Russian Armed Forces, was seriously wounded in this attack. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, citing 'Glavkom'.
'A military transport aircraft urgently delivered the injured to the Central Clinical Hospital named after Vishnevsky in Moscow. As a result of his injuries, Abachev had his arm and leg amputated,' the intelligence report states.

Esedulla Abdulmuminovich Abachev is a Russian serviceman, born on June 13, 1976, in the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. He participated in various military operations, including the Chechen War, the 2008 Russian invasion of Georgia, and the operation in Syria. Since February 24, 2022, he has been involved in the Russian military operation on the territory of Ukraine.
