According to Главком: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has detailed a day of intense combat across the front lines. Since the start of the day, 132 armed engagements have been recorded. Russian forces conducted 36 airstrikes, deploying 130 guided aerial bombs. Furthermore, the enemy launched 5,933 kamikaze drone attacks and carried out 2,783 artillery strikes against Ukrainian troop positions and settlements.

Frontline Activity

Combat was particularly fierce on the Pokrovsk front. Over the course of the day, Ukrainian forces eliminated 90 occupiers, wounded 50, and destroyed two units of enemy automotive equipment and seven units of special equipment. One additional vehicle was damaged, and 124 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed. The enemy made 28 attempts to advance in areas including Bilytske, Rodynske, and Pokrovsk, with four of these clashes still ongoing.

Fighting was also reported on other sectors of the front:

  • On the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk fronts, two clashes occurred. The enemy launched two airstrikes, dropping eight guided bombs, and conducted 73 artillery strikes on military positions and settlements, including three using multiple launch rocket systems.
  • On the Southern-Slobozhanskyi front, Russian forces attempted two assaults on Ukrainian positions near Staritsa and Krasne Pershe.
  • On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine enemy assaults near Kurylivka, Pishchane, Kivsharivka, Novoplatonivka, and Novoosynove, with two engagements continuing.
  • On the Lyman front, the enemy made six attempts to advance toward the settlement of Lyman, with one clash still in progress.
  • On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian troops repelled three Russian assaults near Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Yampil, with another fight ongoing.
  • On the Kostiantsynivka front, defense forces repelled sixteen enemy assaults near Kostiantsynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, Yablunivka, and Sofiyivka.
  • On the Oleksandrivka front, the enemy attempted five times to improve its tactical position; one battle is currently underway.
  • On the Huliaipole front, 18 enemy attacks were recorded near Varvariyka, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Tsvitkove, Hirke, Sviatopetrivka, Olenokostiantynivka, and Myrne. Airstrikes also targeted areas near Vozdvyzhenskyi, Verkhnia Tersa, and Huliaipilske. Three clashes here are still ongoing.

This report marks the 1,498th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. The high tempo of operations underscores the continued need for sustained international military support to help Ukraine defend its territory.
