SBU eliminates terrorist attack in Izmail: how the FSB agent was caught red-handed

According to glavcom.ua: The Security Service of Ukraine successfully uncovered a plot for a terrorist attack in the Odesa region, orchestrated by an agent of Russian special services. Two homemade explosive devices were found, which were intended for use in the attack. The agent had to rent an apartment with a view of the locations where the attacks were planned to install cameras and manufacture explosives.
After the arrest, he was informed of the suspicion of an unfinished attempt at a terrorist attack. Also, a bank employee in Odesa was detained for passing information about military clients to Russian special services.
