NBA players are ready to play for the Ukraine national team in the World Championship pre-qualifiers

According to glavcom.ua: The head coach of the Ukraine national team, Ainars Bagatskis, shared news about Ukrainian NBA players who intend to participate in upcoming matches of the national team. Preparation for the World Championship 2027 pre-qualifiers starts on July 14, where the opponents will be Switzerland and Slovakia.

Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk will join the Ukraine national team after the conclusion of the NBA Summer League. Dmitry Skapintsev and possibly Alexey Len will also join our team. Maxim Shulha, although he wants to play for the national team, is still waiting for the club's decision.

The statement from the Ukraine national team should be ready by July 9.

Utah Jazz is keeping Mykhailiuk on contract for the next season. Alexey Len is currently a free agent. Maxim Shulha and Dmitry Skapintsev are playing in the Summer League for Boston and Portland, respectively.
