Certification Programs and Requirements

A key rule introduced in January 2021 mandates that all certificate holders earn at least one ethics credit. HRCI also provides access to over 220 courses through its HRCI Learning Center, available for 180 days post-purchase.

Founded by Erik van Vulpen and Nando Steenhuis, AIHR serves more than 85,000 HR professionals in over 180 countries. The platform features 16 certification programs and over 85 courses covering diverse HR domains such as analytics, HR business partnering, learning and development, talent acquisition, organizational development, and total rewards.
