According to glavcom.ua: After the directive of President Vladimir Putin in October 2024, children began to be educated in the spirit of 'basic values of the Russian state' and 'the desire to be soldiers'. In various regions, the number of cadet groups for children aged 4 to 7 has significantly increased. Children are gaining knowledge about military order, martial arts, weapons, and bulletproof vests, and meet with 'heroes of the Ground Forces', among whom can be former convicts.

In Russia, ideological education of children is becoming a state policy, covering all levels of education, from kindergartens to colleges. The programs shape the youth's perception of war as a norm of life and service to the state as the main value. This information was received from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine through 'Glavkom'.

Summary: In Russia, the ideological education of children is increasing, aimed at shaping perceptions of war and military service as important values. Children are already gaining knowledge about military affairs from an early age and have the opportunity to interact with military personnel, including former convicts.
