According to Міністерство інфраструктури: The Ukrainian government has made an important decision regarding the stability of the energy system during the upcoming autumn-winter period of 2025/26. The measures include optimizing the load on the energy system, increasing energy efficiency, and monitoring the implementation of the adopted decisions.
Additional measures to ensure the stability of the energy system
- Review of the list of critically important facilities;
- Enhancing energy efficiency;
- Identifying emergency hazardous road sections;
- Comprehensive verification of distributed generation facilities;
- Import of electricity by state companies;
- Strengthening control over the execution of adopted decisions.
These measures will help ensure the stable operation of the energy system, distribute the load more evenly, and reduce the risks of emergency operation of the networks. The government is preparing for the autumn-winter period to ensure an adequate level of electrical energy for the population.
