Ukrainian wrestlers delight us with victories again

According to glavcom.ua: Aida Kerimova won bronze at the U23 Women's Wrestling World Championship, claiming a medal in the 50 kg category. The Ukrainian competed against an athlete from Venezuela and emerged victorious.

Ukraine ranked 10th in the overall medal standings of the European Youth Olympic Festival. Our athletes won 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals, making this performance the second in terms of the number of awards in the entire history of Ukraine's participation in the Festivals.

The most successful sport in this competition was judo, and Ukraine also received awards in swimming, athletics, taekwondo, shooting, artistic gymnastics, and table tennis.
