Kyiv resident built a café on illegally occupied land: he was notified of suspicion

While working on his recently opened business, a married resident of Kyiv experienced an unpleasant incident. The man is suspected of illegally constructing a café-bar on unlawfully occupied territory located in areas of special land use.

Thoughtless actions by the entrepreneur

According to the information from the Podil District Prosecutor's Office, the man is accused of violating legislation under Part 4 of Article 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It turned out that he built and launched the establishment on Natalia Uzhviy Street without legal requirements. He has now been notified of suspicion in this matter.
