Kyivstar's path to completion involved submitting two applications to purchase Tabletki.ua, both of which were returned by the Antimonopoly Committee for revision. Permission was finally granted in late January 2026, allowing the acquisition process to conclude.

Strategic Expansion Direction

Tabletki.ua will now join the portfolio of digital services under the Kyivstar group, which already includes:

• the medical information system Helsi,
• the car-hailing service Uklon,
• the Kyivstar TV platform,
• and the My Kyivstar app.
