Serhiy Ivanyna's Asset Declaration

According to Главком: Serhiy Ivanyna, the former head of the Mukachevo Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC), has filed a declaration revealing substantial wealth in foreign currency, real estate, and vehicles. According to the published document, Ivanyna declared $240,000 in cash, specifically $120,000 and €120,000. This disclosure comes amid heightened public scrutiny of officials' finances in Ukraine.

Ivanyna also declared several real estate holdings, including:

  • A 201.45 m² house built in 2008 in Mizhhiria;
  • Two apartments in Uzhhorod, measuring 36.6 m² and 36.9 m², acquired in 2016;
  • Four land plots in Mizhhiria with a total area of 432 m²;
  • A 59.8 m² non-residential premises in the same locality.

The declaration further details assets belonging to his wife, Oksana Ivanyna. Her listed property includes:

  • Vehicles: a Toyota Land Cruiser 150 (2022), a Hyundai Tucson (2019), and a Ponticelli ER-120U bus (1995).

Financial Details

According to the declaration, Serhiy Ivanyna reported an income of approximately 748,000 hryvnias for 2025. His income sources were:

  • 333,000 hryvnias in monetary support from the Zakarpattia Regional TRC;
  • 138,000 hryvnias from a joint venture;
  • 256,000 hryvnias in pension payments.

His wife received a salary of 4,451 hryvnias for part-time work through a sole proprietorship. She is also the ultimate beneficiary of the limited liability company 'Mizhhirya TV Television and Radio Company'.

Serhiy Ivanyna worked in the system of military commissariats and recruitment centers for over a decade. In 2015, he was appointed deputy commissioner of the Khust-Mizhhiria United City Military Commissariat. This case emerges against a backdrop of recent controversies involving TRC personnel. In a separate incident, police in Dnipropetrovsk region detained three TRC servicemen on suspicion of inflicting fatal injuries on a 55-year-old man, while in Chernivtsi, a TRC officer used a traumatic weapon against an aggressive passenger who refused to show documents.

The situation surrounding Serhiy Ivanyna underscores the critical need for transparency in the financial disclosures of public officials, particularly as society demands greater accountability and a stronger fight against corruption.

These developments may act as a catalyst for further reforms within Ukraine's system of military commissariats and recruitment centers.
