Corruption case in Ukrzaliznytsia: a case worth 17 million has been submitted to the court

According to САП: This corruption scandal at JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is gaining momentum! The prosecution has submitted an indictment to the court against four individuals for embezzling the company's funds. The criminal organization deliberately entered into invalid contracts with controlled entities, as a result of which 'repairs' were not carried out, but money was received. Losses for 'Ukrzaliznytsia' are estimated at over 17 million hryvnias!
Such actions are violations of the law and impact the financial condition of the state enterprise. It is expected that the court will make an objective decision based on the evidence presented, and the guilty parties will be punished in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
