Letters signed by Alexander III: how the Lviv Regional State Administration authorized the departure of men abroad
According to glavcom.ua: In November, in the first year of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, the freelance advisor to the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Alexey Shevchuk, along with a resident of Dnipro, Artem Lushan, headed to the border with Poland.
The Lviv Regional Military Administration authorized the departure of men abroad based on letters from a non-existent public organization, signed with the name of Russian Emperor Alexander III. This information was uncovered by journalists during an investigation, as reported in a piece by NGL.media referencing 'Gromadske'.
What is known about the public organization
According to the investigation, the public organization 'Humanitarian Hope of the Nation' turned out to be non-existent, with no records in state registries either in Ukraine or in France, where it claimed to originate. It has been officially confirmed that there is no information regarding its existence. The documents sent in its name bore signs of mockery, including the logo of Gazprombank and the signature of Emperor Alexander III.
Journalists found out that men attempted to leave the country based on letters from the non-existent public organization that used the signature of Emperor Alexander III. The public organization 'Humanitarian Hope of the Nation' turned out to be a scammer's fantasy, and its activities became the subject of an investigation by journalists.
