At the match between the national teams of Italy and Israel at the 'BluerEnergy' stadium in the Italian city of Udine, special security measures will be taken. About 5000 spectators are expected, but there is a threat of massive protests nearby.

Dog handlers, bomb disposal experts, and unmanned aerial vehicles will be working at the match. Police and carabinieri will ensure security. It will also be prohibited to sell food and drinks in glass, ceramic, and metal containers due to the potential use of them as projectiles.

On October 11, during the match between Norway and Israel in Oslo, local police used tear gas against pro-Palestinian protesters and arrested several demonstrators.
